At Cowboy Pools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your backyard oasis. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused item in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned pool or accessory, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
